Mystery Shoppers MSC

I completed an assignment for this MSC at the end of May. First of all, does anyone know what their pay policy is? In my shop log the assignment shows as payment pending. But it has shown that status for quite some time.

But, more concerning, is the phone number they provided in the shop assignment email. I called it in an attempt to figure this pay issue out. You immediately get a message about receiving a $100 voucher just for calling today and to press 1 for more information. After I pressed 1, I was connected to a sales agent who thanked me for calling...Radisson? So I'm not sure what's going on there and am certainly hoping that this MSC is still in operation.

I know this was discussed a few days ago, but I can't find it now. I know I am still waiting for payment as well.

They used to send me checks in the mail. It would say payment pending, and then it would give a pay date, then I would get a check in the mail 4 days later. I don't like depositing paper checks, I'd rather PayPal or direct deposit, but they wouldn't do either for me. One of several reasons I don't do jobs for them anymore.

The lady running this company is known for not paying shoppers.

This company is a fraud and I don't know how she keeps the client who in my case a major car wash brand and its competition.

The only way I got my several missing payments is by reporting her to the Tennessee BBB

I needed to send like 10+ emails and threaten to report them before I got paid. They promised multiple times to pay me, never did, and much later than the payment date, finally paid me. Don't work for this MSC.
