Marketforce

Can anyone find shops on Marketforce? The website just keeps spinning. I tried two different browsers.

It just worked fine on my PC using Firefox.

I can see my shopper info, payroll, etc. But when I click find shops, it never stops searching to show a list of shops. I emailed and spoke to someone - no help at the help desk.
Clear your cache and check for recent updates (MS had one) Even if you don't use their browser it can affect other things.
Same here. I can see my future shop scheduled for July, but cannot load new shops. Have not seen shops here for 2 weeks. Have cleared cache and tried 2 different browsers on 2 different devices. Have sent 2 messages to helpdesk w/o reply.
I can’t log in. Took a couple months off. Haven’t bothered to email them. Wonder what gives?
Not to frighten anyone, but they have a history of banning shoppers without notice. When they do that, you can no longer see the jobs, even if you can login and see pay history and so on. I HOPE that’s not what happened!

They haven’t had a shop for me in over a year; they evidently lost all the clients I used to shop for them.
I stopped getting the daily bulletins in the first part of June. Tried to log in, got failure and something about "restricted from website" and contact the help desk.

Do not read so much, look about you and think of what you see there.

Update: I'm back in Market Force. My Google account filled up its storage, so an email from them bounced back. They temporarily inactivated my account until I contacted them. After reconfirming my email was valid and accepting their emails, I was back up and running.

Do you know who got all their shops? I only see one regular company on their site. I won't say that name.
I got the same loading message on the find shops and home page. I contacted them and they ended my contract but that’s only after I e-mailed them and waited a few. Just in the future, they banned me because I didn’t pick up my order which is understandable. I guess it was nice while it lasted although it seems they probably had a lot of shoppers and needed any reason to get rid of some because I was barely able to sign up for a shop this month.

Does anyone know if they let you come back on the platform after they end the contract?
I don't know Salma, but it seems that there is some shenanigans going on at Marketforce. First they came up with their new pay strategies, and when you call them on it, they say "oh it doesn't really apply to you." A year later, one of the schedulers calls and you tell them why you're not interested in taking the job that they're offering. The scheduler says they don't know anything about that, so you show them the problem. The scheduler was shocked, and told me that I should talk to the helpdesk about it. So I did. And I was deactivated. No discussion, and when I asked why, the helpdesk said that I didn't need to be a shopper for them if I'm not going to sign the agreement.

To me, at least right now, it seems as if Marketforce is trying to get rid shoppers, but I really don't understand why. It doesn't make sense from a business point of view. Except that I called them out on trying to take earned money from us.
