Goodwin Hospitality

Anyone know if this company is still around? I went to a restaurant chain I shopped back in 2017 recently.

They consolidated all their businesses into 360 Intel. You can find them on iSecretshop's platform.
Goodwin became 360 Intel and then changed their name to 360 Relay. Randi Hardiman is still involved with them, I believe she's a VP or co-owner.
360 Relay is the latest incarnation of Goodwin Hospitality. They've "reorganized" and changed the name of the company several times, but it's still the same company doing the exact same things.
I didn't shop for 360 Relay until recently due to Goodwin's history but I just got paid for a shop I did at the end of May.

meaning not paying?
I've worked for them through all their incarnations and never had any issues with getting paid.
I always got paid when they didn't reject my shops because I did what their guidelines said. The problems I had with Goodwin and their new incarnations is that the guidelines don't explain what they mean, and at least back when I started, the schedulers can't be reached more times than not.
In the past, I was never involved in work for Goodwin. Approx. 15 yrs. ago, though, I agreed to complete two rebranding motel visits. Within a few days, I read on the Volition board that the company was considerably in arrears with shopper payments. I immediately contacted the scheduler canceling the work. She responded acknowledging the problem, but stating I would be paid from a special fund. To me, she was spouting male bovine manure.

Last Dec., I applied for and was accepted for a job with whom I thought was the old Ritter. It was not until after completion I learned it was the former Goodwin; the 360 confused me. My pay quickly arrived, so I do not have any complaints. I would not, though, accept any work from the MSC in the future, as I lack the ability to recognize acceptable exceptions, which is numerically what second chances entail. I simply do not extend second chances in either love or business.
Goodwin worked their way out of purgatory. As 360 Relay, I have never had even a single late payment. Bob, I think it is time to extend them grace!

I did a famous rock n roll cafe years ago for them that required purchases at the bar, restaurant and gift shop and they took over a year to pay me! No thanks.
I personally have not been stiffed by Goodwin or its incarnations but read about many shoppers' old payment issues with the company. I do believe in second chances in business if I see enough progress. Because I got paid in a timely manner recently and because I haven't seen any recent payment complaints, I just self-assigned two more shops yesterday.

I hope 360 Relay is well managed now and conducting itself with integrity. I hope I will not regret taking a chance on them.
360 Relay is one of my top five MSCs, due to their having a proliferation of shops in my area. I have done over 130 shops for them over the past three years, and during that time, I've only had one shop rejected because of a missing required photo. I was not around in the Goodwin days, so have nothing to add to that conversation, but David, Randi, Megan and the rest of the 360 Relay team are terrific. I have never had any payment issue with them. Payments are promptly issued 25 days after shop submission.
FWIW...I always got paid on time by 360 Intel/Relay, and Randi H. was a good (actually XLNT) communicator. Just my two cents.
