RQA white bird buybacks

Maybe I overlooked it, but does anybody see where RQA lists the dollar amount for the advance in the white bird anti-sweaty product buybacks at the freezing 1-2-3-4 stores? I took this on a per-location pay rather than by time; I hope I don't get burned on that.

ETA: Yep, I overlooked it. "A $25 advance per store will be issued upon accepting locations." If you want the advance, don't forget to email them your bank account information.

Saw that email come through and snapped up 9 of them (could have done more). I was sure I gave them my ACH info when I started but I still get a mailed check. Maybe they will start direct depositing now?
I took 6. They have my bank info and sometimes i ger direct deposit and sometimes a check. Cant figure them out.
The direct deposits are ONLY for project advances, to give you some funds to go make the product purchases. The rest of their payments (project fee, mileage, etc) is only sent via check.

I would rather bypass the advance altogether and not have to worry about mailing *them* a check in case I don’t have $50 or more in product purchases. I think it’s silly that they don’t deduct that from what they owe us.

We really don't have to avoid the company/client tie in, since it's not a mystery shop but doing it anyway keeps it fun. It put a blanket of positivity on my normally surly attitude to read, "white bird anti-sweaty product buybacks at the freezing 1-2-3-4 stores." Thank you!
I think they have fixed this problem, thankfully. I did a project for them a few weeks ago and "owed" them $12 from an unused advance, but they just deducted it from the final check amount.

Glad I could help you out there, ses. -laughs- I was going to add something about playing a tearful cut off of Prince’s Purple Rain album, but I was in a hurry.

We could mention the store name because they’re not the client, but I think the mods would take issue with RQA and the client name both. It may not be a mystery shop, but we still signed an IC agreement, plus their website has verbiage about the information being private and confidential.

Mods, what say you? Since it’s not mystery shopping, could both RQA and the client be mentioned here?

If you say yes, I’ll owe ses a coke. -lol-

I only had one shop to do, and I completed it today. No product could be found, so the $25 advance is my pay.
Either last year or in '22, I made reference to a company in Mo. named Maritz, which was not an MSC, and one of their clients; my post was either deleted or censored. I took exception to that action, but it stood.
Did two out of 6 today. One was closed for remodeling so fantastic. The other had no product at all. I felt bad because the manager left and I did not realized they wanted a pic of the back room so I had to track her down again. Hopefully my cold goes fully away and I can finish the rest tomorrow after work. I signed up for these this morning and the advance was already in my account this afternoon. Love this company.

I've got to take exception with you saying Maritz *wasn't* an MSC, bob. -lol- I'm not sure of everything they had going on in '22 or '23, but I did a ton of orange DIY shops for them (for several quarters) where I remained covert the entire time, which to me makes it a mystery shop and therefore them an MSC. Why do you say they weren't? -curious smile-

I just checked my account, and sure enough, there it is. They move fast when they're not overwhelmed. Sorry you're feeling bad, dg. Thanks for the heads-up about the stockroom photo.

I'm on it!

Did 9 stops yesterday at the per location rate. Snagged the last 2 (furthest away from me) for today, and I'll be doing those at the hourly rate to cover driving and admin time to prepare the shipment.

Received my advance via direct deposit before I made it home from the route yesterday.

Have synthesizers, will travel...
Doggie, when I posted, Maritz was definitely NOT an MSC. The reason given for the removal was that they HAD been in the business.

How much did you find, Cool? I'm about to head out to do my lowly two stores. I'm hoping to come up empty-handed.

Hmm. Interesting. I guess it's better to err on the side of caution than become the victim of the Mod's eraser.

I did my three stores today. First store had 31 units! Around $166 for one store! That took care of my $75 advance for the three stores!! Second store had none. Third and final store had 32!!! Another nearly $169!! So much for $75 advance! I called RQA and asked for all the reimbursement to be sent to my bank acct. The gal I spoke with said she would put in the request and it should be there tomorrow. Hope so! We'll see!
I had none today. Last round, I think I had about $20,000. They kept dropping large amounts into my account. I never had to ask.
I would LOVE the rewards/ cash back on another round like the chips.... not only credit card rewards but almost all my locations were 7-11 stores. I'm still enjoying supplying the softball/ baseball teams with free pizza from points.

Out of 6 stores, only one had product, 7 lonely cans. Was hoping to do more but nothing left. If it had been the weekend, i would have grabbed more initially. Oh well, was an easy one. You never know how these will go and i leave for vacation on Monday so i didn’t want to take on more than i could handle.
Well, my two stores today were a mixed bag. The first store had 24 (they'd already been pulled, but since this was location #1, I was still in-store longer than I wanted), and the second store had zero. Total amount of the one purchase was $129.90.

Immediately after submitting my expenses, two distant stores (an hour away in opposite directions) popped up, so I took one of them with per-hour payment. If the other is still available late next week, I may give it a whirl, but right now, I can't meet the "do it within 5 days of receiving the advance" mandate.

Did y'all notice that the per-location fee is $25, but the per-hour is $20? I don't recall seeing a difference like that with the last two dollar store projects.

Same original rate as the chips.
I can't work for $20 an hour, so I have to make the per location rate work for me.

Brilliant. I don't have little kids anymore, but that seems like a smart plan. I usually had a partner in my vehicle when I did the 7-11 stores. It really depended on the area. There's one 2 blocks from my house. Guys at work told me to steer clear of it though. They are just too sketchy around here. When I was a kid, 7-11 was safe. The franchise owner in my town used to sponsor the little league teams. His elderly mom worked the afternoon shift at the register. We would ride there on our bikes and spend our change on candy. (We were too poor for slurpees.) Times have changed!

Instead, I spent enough in 2023 to get a Southwest Companion Pass. I will do at least 40-50 flights this year. It also pushed me into Diamond status with Hilton again. I need a couple more years to be lifetime Diamond status. My friends and family travel with me all over, so they love these perks.

Adding:
One of the men wore AXE spray last week at work. I could not say anything, but I wanted to run. My secretary bought a new bottle of Bath &Body works soap for the restroom this week. It's "Mahogany Vanilla" but it smells so much like men's body spray, I cannot use it. I kept trying to run away from myself the one time I used it. I am forever scarred from that smell. I shipped and packed 1000's of cans of that spray. I prefer the chips! No smell, lightweight and easier to ship.

That's not surprising, as it's part of the men's collection.

Same here. For those who are registered, does the company really send you an ID card with your picture on it?
