Ipsos updating of my pay

I completed several shops for Ipsos recently. I had 2 pay held as there were some issues- I understand that. One is still under review and the ones that were presumably accepted are not showing up anywhere. I know they pay quite frequently and these should be being paid now. Has anyone else had such an issue? I find them very hard to get any answers from. TIA

I've found the shops that they will be paying the next day will disappear from the list the day before. I bet you'll see payment for those tomorrow.
