Yes, break-ups suck. It never feels good, and we go through many emotions. Nothing to do but move on even if we know they are worse off without us. Most of us have been banned from an MSC or project at one time or another.for something we feel is no fault of our own. We feel you. But in the case of an MSC or client, they have already moved on, even if they haven't found another person yet. They know they will. They always do.

This has nothing to do with any break up. I still do shops for this company. I find it disappointing when someone stands in the way of a company trying to get jobs done. The client hires this MSC and the MSC is preventing the jobs from being completed.

So you wouldn't care at all about being banned from this client if the shops were picked up by someone else? You would stop posting here about your ban, and all would be ok?!?
And maybe the contract with the client isn't for 100% completion. Maybe the client REALLY only wants like 80% of the locations completed, so the ones on your area are just fine not being done. Every contract with a client is different, and I'm 1000000% sure you aren't aware of what this specific client wants.

If I was an MSC I would much prefer to let the shop sit there and sit there rather than have it done by someone who has done the same shop at the same locations over and over again month after month and whose shop therefore has no real value any longer. Better no shop than a shop done by someone who, no matter how well he may do it, has simply run out his string. I would consider that I had lost nothing. But that's just me.

Cutting out your post and answering.
I don't tell anyone on here where I live, and I don't work for free. If the jobs are not on your board, you're not in my area.
Then your concerns about the shops going unfilled, the client not getting what they're paying for, and the MSC losing money are as phony as my concern for you.@johnb974 wrote:

They are saving the client some money, I suppose.
How? The client is asking for these shops to be done.

Shops not done, no payment needed. Money saved.

I will share what happened in a similar situation, and how I was unbanned by another MSC. I was recognized by an employee from a previous shop there. I reported it to the scheduler. I was paid and did not complete a report. Subsequently, I was unable to assign shops for the client.
About six months later, I asked to be reinstated. There was a bonused shop at the same location and had received the offer from the scheduler. I said I would avoid the employee who had recognized me and perhaps that no report on my last encounter with him might seed doubt. I had made the call portion of the shop and knew another associate was working. I was assigned the shop, performed it and was paid. So now I am back shopping the client.
I would suggest waiting. Then, point out you disclosed being recognized and reported it to IPSOS so the integrity of the program was maintained. State that you will self-exclude shopping the location or if need be, the particular brand of cell phone service brand. Finally, point out your past success with these shops.

I did thst, they refused to remove the ban. It seems you're only banned if you admit to being caught as a mystery shopper.

Isn't doing all that contrary to the IC contract we signed?
