Reality Based Group problem attaching photos

Is anybody else having issues signing into the RBG site and attaching pictures. My photos upload to 100% but do not attach thus preventing me from finalizing the report. I exited, tried several times, and still have the same issue. I am told the photos did not attach. In addition signing out and back into the site bounces me to a box saying I have timed out.

Try the easy things. Clear cache. Use a different browser. Wait a bit.

Try resizing the photo. Sometimes the file sizes are too large.

try using a different device to upload the pictures. Sometimes photo uploads work better and easier on my phone and sometimes it's easier on the desktop. I just got done fighting with a menu pic at a different restaurant, I uploaded 2 different versions of the same pic, and I finally gave up, did everything else in the shop, including uploading other pics, then went back and it worked.

Yes, same here on my Amdroid S20. I kept being told it was an Internet connection ossue which was not accuraye as I completed and uploaded shops for several pther companies. I was able to complete their job using my laptop instead of phone.

I tried using both my laptop and phone using different browsers and running into the same upload issue.

Looks like it's an intermittent problem. I tried again an hour later and it worked.
