Does anyone have a contact at Alta360? I need to speak with them regarding missing payments. Thank you.

I've found them to be very responsive to phone calls.

Their main number is 419-535-5757. They have a phone tree with the different projects. You can choose the extension for the scheduler.

Not sure if they have an extension listed for payments.

With Alta360, just contact your scheduler. They will contact the proper person.
Also, you can see your payments and future payments on the website.

I can see the statements, but not the deposits to my PayPal account.

My statements do not say "Paypal", just amount paid/date.
If you are new, make sure your email is connected to Paypal.
That is the email you log into your account.

Every scheduler/ project manager/ etc there is AWESOME.

Nicole's E-address is for IntouchInsight, a Canadian MSC with whom I have been contracted for at least 15 yrs.; her area code of 419 is for the northwestern quadrant of Ohio. It was my understanding that Alta360 is the former Ritter, which, when I was contracted with the company, was located in Toledo. As I never experienced the slightest problem with Intouch, my last job in 11/23 was well paid and when agreed, are the two, Alta360 & Intouch, now one?

Alta360 was bought out by Intouch Insight. They pay twice a month the 15th and 30th. Look for your payments under Intouch Insight via PayPal.
