360 Relay

I believe they only schedule their shops through iSecretShop. What have been your experiences with 360 Relay?

I did one shop and had no problems. Another shop I got rejected because of missing photos. The mention of the photos were in a section labeled "Receipt" which threw me off. The reference to photos was mentioned on the same description as receipts. It was written in a way, where the photos requirement reference was added at the very end of the last line description of receipts.

Were there no actual guidelines? You just had to look at each section of the report and figure out what to do?

On the guidelines, it did state the photo requirements. I admit that I did miss that part.

But before going to the shop, I went through the sections of the report to make sure what all I needed to capture. The last part was the Receipt section. The last line was food and beverage receipt, but then right after on the same line, it did state photo of food and drink. I skimmed it and missed that.
I think this is the company that used to be Goodwin? If so I've done a few shops for them, dinner cruises and LOVED them.
I’ve done dozens and dozens of shops for them. They have easy reports that get approved quickly and good scheduler communication but if you miss a guideline they will reject the report.
I have bad experience with 360 unfortunately. It was for a purple fitness shop. I went to one of the location and the staff did not even offer me the tour, so I request to check the location myself, I walked around the whole area, did what I need to do (I did multiple of them already so I knew the routine) left and finished my report...2 days later I was "deactivated by them on ISS" due to "fraudulent shop" claiming that "I lied" on the report saying that I told the front desk that I refused to take the tour "because I am too busy". When I confront with the scheduler, she said that "She has CCTV footage" but she could not describe my clothing, my hair style, NOTHING! She could not provide me anything to proof that the person she saw is me neither.

It was only $25, but since that I stop doing shops for them completely

Post deleted for naming Client when MSC is named in title. Feel free to remove the violation and re-post.

You may want to hide the client name as this forum seems to have a rule not allowing MSC and client be in the same threat at the same time
once upon a time, they were Goodwin something 10 years ago, they changed their name, several times actually. They set a pay amount that doesn't cover the required purchases, they do NOT offer reimbursement. So almost everything you do for them ends up out of pocket. I don't know or remember all of the names, but there have been several with 360 in it. As far as I can tell they are still doing the bookstore coffee shops for less than a powdered coffee beverage and a gas station danish costs in their stores. They offer taking pictures of menus at some local chain restaurants. I think they still do the Indian Casino shops in CA, but I don't know for sure.
I’ve done shops for them and have had all positive experiences. I’m sad that my favorite restaurant shop from them was just discontinued.
Did a shop last night (my first for them). It was approved last night already and is scheduled for payment. It wasn’t a difficult job, but I really do not like the format of isecretshop.
Okie, I give you 100 stars for admitting your mistake. We get so many shoppers who come on here and talk about having a shop rejected and they did nothing wrong. In the end after 35 comments in the thread it finally turns out they missed something but they never admitted to it. So KUDOS to you.
By the way, looking at report questions does not always show you everything you need to know. Often times when actually filling in a report some questions will activate a new series of questions that only pop up if you answer a certain way.

Thanks, in the moment, I was bummed about it, but now have moved on. While the attachment description could have been better worded, it did state it in the guidelines.

Thanks for the replies. I am going to stick with some of the shops they do offer that I have done before. Thanks for the heads-up on those fitness tour shops. Considered doing some, but it seems like they're pro-client no matter the circumstances. I'm sorry to hear. That is very concerning. I'm going to tread lightly with this company.
I’ve done some shops for them found their VP of Ops to be a real hard ass. They have a client that makes the most disgusting, unhealthy breakfast entrees imaginable using a concoction of pickled vegetables, smelly cheeses and gross condiments to the point that they’re inedible. I’ve seen people turn away from their chicken and waffle plate without taking more than a bite. So the free meal aspect of it is worthless.
This establishment has a habit of turning off their online ordering so if you agree to do one of these shops, be prepared to eat the lost time because 360 will give you nothing for spending hours trying to place an online order. Forget about getting through to them by phone. They let their phone ring off the hook, which can put you in limbo all day. Their guidelines show zero respect for the ICs time and effort and their VP is unpleasant and treats their ICs like crap.
