Here is how you find their team's contact info on Shopmetrics:
1. Login to Shopmetrics IPSO site
2. Click on "News" from the list of options on the left side of the screen (its the last option)
3. Click on Team at the top of the screen
4. You'll find a list of people and which projects they work on, along with their contact info.
Some are better than others at responding. If you need an urgent response and don't get anything back within 24 hours, you could try messaging them on FB. They tend to respond there.
They also publish this phone number, but its not live-answer. You leave a message it goes to their general vm box, so response time varies wildly. +1-833-782-0500
