My account has been hacked on Second to None

When I tried to log into the website this morning, my computer automatically gave me the name and password of another shopper. I tried deleting the information and substituting my own, but it reverted to the other shopper's account again. Then I tried using my phone with the same result. I could access the other shopper's profile information, so emailed the help desk and gave it to them. I haven't heard back. Has anyone else had this kind of problem?

I was able to access my account and change my password. But the login originally read Carlo as the user and i could see the password was shorter. I bet the whole system got hacked.
I heard back from the help desk and they said they were doing work on the website. Now everything has been corrected and I am able to log into my account...so it wasn't really hacked.
I was unable to log-in to submit my report last night. I phoned my tech, who is also a personal friend, and she visited this morning, accessed my OS and I was able to enter the site this morning.
I haven't looked recently at what they even offer as shops. I rarely even bother looking to see what they have. I might be missing out, but when I was checking, I was not impressed with what was offered. I don't feel like "hunting" for assignments when plenty of others are sent to me with no effort on my own.

I think I remember there being a blood/drug/piss test client they had and some video game thing in Southern California, but neither of those interest me.
I also got the email they were working on it this morning. They were not hacked thank goodness.
I just got a note from a former shopper saying MY account has just ben hacked. Hope it wasn't something connected.
The drug test paid $40 over 10 years ago, which was pretty good then. Now it's $15 or so. Nah.

They have a very large grocery chain with plenty of locations in your area.
I cannot get in jancyn nor alta360 and it will not send me a password reset link. Very strange.

No issues with my log in.

Do not read so much, look about you and think of what you see there.
