Does anyone have a phone number for Ath power consulting?

I have the number 978-874-6464. I didn't receive payment for one of my shops. I contacted the scheduler and she sent me a link to the payment department. No one ever replied. I contacted the scheduler again and received no reply. I sent a second email to you payment department and again got no reply. It has been 3 weeks now with no response. I called the number above and left several voice mails. No one ever answers at that number.

I have worked for Ath quite a few times and never had a problem, but I am not going to work for them for free. I will not schedule any more shops until I get paid. Does anyone have a number where they can be reached?

Their number is 1.978. 474.6464. Maybe thats what you meant to type above. If not, you are one number off and maybe thats the problem.

You could try contacting their CEO vis Linkedin, he's likely to respond and connect you to the right person.

I'm so sorry you are dealing with this, its beyond frustrating to have to chase your money.
Also, not sure if you looked at this site, but they are pretty clear they aren't going to respond to calls and emails about payment issues - a support ticket must be opened. If you haven't opened a support ticket, go to the website below, scroll to the bottom section "Questions/Concerns/Issues" and click on the "Submit a ticket by clicking here" link in blue in Step 3.

I have filed a support ticket twice and received no reply. I did type the phone number in wrong. I have called 978-474-6464 numerous times and left messages. No ever calls back. I am not a member of LinkedIn. I am not giving out a lot of personal information to join just to communicate with someone who should have their contact information available for shoppers. The schedulers have always responded promptly when you have a question about a shop. No one responds when you have a pay issue. I an not working for a company that does not communicate with their shoppers.
I agree 1000%. Its nonsensical to me that these companies that purport to help their customers improve customer experience can't themselves use common business courtesy communication methods and timelines. Was just trying to offer you a suggestion, since their published methods of getting help aren't working. Most of the Ath employee email addresses follow the format of first initial last name@Athpower.com. You could try to send an email to faloi@athpower.com and see if that gets to him.
Thank you, I did log back into their website today. Under my shop log, it shows that the shop will be paid on the 20th. I have already been paid for shops that I worked after the date of this shop, so it was clearly an error on their part. I never received a response from anyone about the issue. To me, that is a very bad way to treat your shoppers when we have to be very accurate when submitting our reports.
