I do believe their reporting system is the absolute worst in the industry. And allow me to preface my comments by stating my M. Ed. specialization is distance learning, so I have some training in this kind of thing.
Having to dive into and out of different sub-surveys would be a huge enough pain* if the overall online report form worked properly, but it doesn't. As soon as you open the timing block the fields for timed questions will populate with zeros, and the webform thinks the section is complete if you fill in everything else but.
The fact that the site will accept a report that is not complete is a joke. I transferred the audio recording of a car wash from my phone to my laptop, but forgot to download and get it into the report as I was touching up some text entries (and copying them into my narrative doc since the goofy-arsed site doesn't auto-fill like the old platform).
I finalized and then had to "un-finalize" (LMAO) when I realized my error.
Unfortunately I no longer have the option of avoiding this hellish little corner of the Intertubes as I like getting my car washed up to a dozen times a month, and I get more cash flow and credit card perks shopping than if I were to just become a monthly customer.
We'll see how long the suffering lasts...
