Customer Optix Report

I just signed for my first Customer Optix shop. Is there a way to view PDF of requirements/questionnaire? The only thing I see is having to click the forward button to view each set of questions, but I was wondering if there was an easier alternative to viewing the questionnaire all at once. Any issues with completing the report on your phone vs a computer?

Did a few cake shop for Customer Optix in the past, there's no PDF version of the survey, but I do remember you can print our everything without issue. Also I completed the surveys on phone without any issue.
