Bad day for Ipsos docs

I'm usually among the first to carp about bad attention to detail on the part of MSCs.

Yesterday was a doozy.

There's a new version of the drive-in hamburger shops requiring the use of their app. I'm a regular customer and use the app exclusively for the 1/2-price drinks (diet cherry limeades yeah baby!)

Guidelines are contradictory and seem bizarre from a shop flow standpoint.

One step requires you to check in at the scheduled time using the app. Easy enough...

A subsequent step says to pull into a stall 5 minutes ahead of the scheduled time and sit there. If nothing happens after 5 minutes you are supposed to use the call button to tell them you're there for a mobile order.

WTAF?!?!?

Then, in the magic app, I took a blue/red gas station right down the street from me that always goes to bonus for some strange reason.

As the OSA grace period has lapsed since the last one I did, I took a quick look at the related doc to jog my memory. They have the same photo in the batch of compliant signs as well as the first batch of expired signs.

Another hearty WTAF?!?!?

I contacted both schedulers. Waiting to hear back on the bungled burger guidelines. For the gas station, I'm supposed to mark the sign in question (if present) as compliant and then make a comment in the report.

I gave up commenting about the inconsistent documentation for this program while it was on SASSIE as it seemed like nobody was paying attention to the complaints.

Kinda doubt they will this time around, even though it means having bad documentation in distribution.

I, too, am one of the first to carp about this MSC! Does that make us an "Elite" group? Haha!

I don't remember which gas brand but one has in the instructions to take pictures of BOTH restrooms before the reveal. Uh, sure! No, I will not.

Another brand says take a picture of the gas pump, include the pump number "If on pump." Well, if it's there it would be kind of hard (impossible, actually) to exclude it in a full pump photo. Duh.

Yet another one says, "Below is an example of a reader board" and shows a photo of the store front with no reader board.

Utter nonsense.

Don't believe your lying eyes. Even though it says "if on pump," they will still reject it if you don't include the pump number on the canopy pole. I've had at least two kicked back for just that. I was lucky and able to supply another photo in each case. It's possible I could have won on an appeal, but I didn't want to take the chance.
Yes, they will reject it if the pump number is not on the pump. I am just lucky when they rejected mine, I did have a photo with the number on it.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
And the hits just keep on coming'!

Hoping to add a couple of bank credit card shops on an upcoming 3-day route.

New guidelines, so I have to re-certify.

The first quiz page comes up empty with dead navigation buttons, in both Chrome and Safari.

Still have yet to hear back about the weird burger drive-in instructions. We'll see how long it takes to hear back about this. Jobs are not until Thursday and Saturday, so hopefully there's time to get it fixed.

Heard back from the ShopMetrics side.

Even though I posted a screenshot of the blank quiz page popped up within their site page, the rep stated they could find no record of my name or email address in their system.

Sent them screenshots from their site showing the email address and name as presented in my initial inquiry. Was tempted to send a followup screenshot showing my active shops page withe the two bank jobs in question clearly assigned to me.

What a freaking joke!

You should forward all this to whoever manages the program for IPSOS. Sounds like you are trying to get the general mailbox group to help, and that generally just results in the type of back and forth you are experiencing and no actual resolution. To find the program manager - Login to Shopmetrics, Click on News, Click on Team.

And now that the general mailbox folks have "responded" to your email, you go to the bottom of the queue so it will be another 4-5 days before they respond again - past your shop days if I understand the timing you posted.
