I'm usually among the first to carp about bad attention to detail on the part of MSCs.
Yesterday was a doozy.
There's a new version of the drive-in hamburger shops requiring the use of their app. I'm a regular customer and use the app exclusively for the 1/2-price drinks (diet cherry limeades yeah baby!)
Guidelines are contradictory and seem bizarre from a shop flow standpoint.
One step requires you to check in at the scheduled time using the app. Easy enough...
A subsequent step says to pull into a stall 5 minutes ahead of the scheduled time and sit there. If nothing happens after 5 minutes you are supposed to use the call button to tell them you're there for a mobile order.
WTAF?!?!?
Then, in the magic app, I took a blue/red gas station right down the street from me that always goes to bonus for some strange reason.
As the OSA grace period has lapsed since the last one I did, I took a quick look at the related doc to jog my memory. They have the same photo in the batch of compliant signs as well as the first batch of expired signs.
Another hearty WTAF?!?!?
I contacted both schedulers. Waiting to hear back on the bungled burger guidelines. For the gas station, I'm supposed to mark the sign in question (if present) as compliant and then make a comment in the report.
I gave up commenting about the inconsistent documentation for this program while it was on SASSIE as it seemed like nobody was paying attention to the complaints.
Kinda doubt they will this time around, even though it means having bad documentation in distribution.
