Do they do any other types of shops or is it just product recalls?
I see this on their site before signing up. You gave them a photo?
You will need to supply a digital photo so we can send you an RQA ID that identifies you as a field rep and complete a W-9 form for payment processing.
Upon successful completion of the registration process you will receive information on accessing our project management website, RQA Service Manager. You will use this website to accept projects and enter data and payment information. This notice and other project communications are sent via email.
Yes, you submit a photo that will be used on an RQA identification card that they mail to you. It takes a bit to go through the registration process, so you may not make it in time for the cinnamon project.
It can be confusing. The app is only used for reporting project data when you're onsite. Available projects, selecting locations, and reporting expenses/mileage/time are all done on the website. For any project that involves buybacks - it could be two months before you receive your reimbursement. Something to keep in mind. One downside with RQA is you're only given projects in your geographical area. There isn't a search function where you can see what's available if you're traveling out of your area. That would involve contacting RQA and them changing things on their end, which is more trouble than it's worth.
Other than that, it's been easy money. If you choose to be paid by the hour and you select a location out of town, you're paid for the time spent driving as well as the mileage.
If your path dictates you walk through hell, do it as though you own the place. -unknown
