Does anyone get direct deposit with RBG? I've tried to switch from PayPal to DD and my information never saves. I attempted multiple times and keep getting this error message: " PLEASE CORRECT THE ERROR MARKED BELOW IN RED! (Entries NOT saved!)" It points to my DD info. I'm pretty sure I typed in my account numbers correctly so not sure what's the problem.
I get direct deposit from them. Just triple check your numbers, especially the routing number because that is how they find the bank. If it is not matching, could cause an error. Hope you figure it out.
