RBG Makes me Laugh

What happened? Are you saying that RBG had the wrong guidelines and you did the shop per those and now they won't pay you?

Has anyone tried to file an arbitration? If you follow the guidelines and the MSC screws up, what are your options? If it happened to me, I would most likely write a frank email saying why I need to be paid, attach a modification to the Agreement that lets me file in Small Claims court in my jurisdiction, and then if not satisfied, inform them that I will file a complaint with the BBB. I've read a number of complaints there and the MSC seems to address it then.

If it’s with Ipsos and you file a complaint with the BBB, it will most likely fall in the lap of Diana Paone, who’s a BOW. She’s responsive alright. After I posted a complaint on BBB the first thing she told me was ‘Filing multiple complaints on BBB won’t help you, only we can.’ Then she did nothing to fix the problem, just laid blame. She’s totally unequipped to handle her job and her responses are full of venom.
BBB doesn’t always post the complaints. It’s a long process. A small claim might remedy it much faster. Don’t give up!
Curious....sorry to hear about your situation...this exact same thing happened to me with Intellishop...they deactivated me...I couldn't believe it (I had a pretty good history with them) ...but, it made sense once I figured out their MSC is based in OHIO....damn Yankees!

What does being based in Ohio have to do with anything?
Skip Diana and go straight to Carey Medina. Her email follows the same format as everyone else there.
She is responsive and helpful. And Diana is wrong in her response, thats actually considered retaliatory and inflammatory and exposes IPSOS to things worse than a BBB complaint. Much like how Nikki engages in Tortious Interference when she deactivates ICs across multiple MSCs - when she is upset about the behavior at one. Well, I suppose she can't do that any more since she has been relieved of her duties at all MSCs except her current one. Either way, the middle management folks at these MSCs with all the complaints aren't equipped to solve problems, hence why you must go to someone who can.

It is strange when someone new comes to a message board and begins to finger point, question and scold established members who have been here for years.

It sure is. And almost every comment they make on every thread is to scold shoppers. I have a hunch who this poster is irl. And for now, will just personally not be engaging.
My attorney suggested it. At the very least, they would have to appear in small claims court in my locale to contest it.

Do not read so much, look about you and think of what you see there.

And if they don't appear, you get a default judgement. Then you have the problem of collecting payment, which is almost the same situation you are in now. You would have more recourse for collecting with a judgement.
It's a last ditch thing. But I'm very persistent about collecting what is owed to me, or what is mine. I had a battery stolen out of my van. I canvassed the neighborhoods and on the following week, a fast food restaurant called me at work to tell me they found my battery in their drive thru.

I'm just saying this. I sued someone in small claims court in Texas. I won by default. But it was up to me to collect damages. The individual did not have any assets that I could attach the lein to.

If you sue in small claims court and win, you can prevent the person you sue to sell an asset by attaching a lein on that asset.

That's what many sub-contractors do. They attach a lein against a property they did work on without being paid. Then the property can't be sold until the sub-contractor is paid to eliminate the lein.

I don't know what the MSC has that you could put a lein on. And so, you would probably waste your money by filing in small claims court. Or wait until the MSC is sold.

Plus most MSC contracts relegate you to arbitration as your only fallback.

Ask your attorney.

I'm not ab attorney. Just sharing my experience.
I've done a handful of shops for RBG lately and had no issues. I haven't had to reschedule or make changes but good grief, I think I get 8-10 emails a day about the pizza shops! Not just from one scheduler either.
It was refreshing to get one for a sandwich place the other week.
