Has anyone tried to file an arbitration? If you follow the guidelines and the MSC screws up, what are your options? If it happened to me, I would most likely write a frank email saying why I need to be paid, attach a modification to the Agreement that lets me file in Small Claims court in my jurisdiction, and then if not satisfied, inform them that I will file a complaint with the BBB. I've read a number of complaints there and the MSC seems to address it then.

Curious....sorry to hear about your situation...this exact same thing happened to me with Intellishop...they deactivated me...I couldn't believe it (I had a pretty good history with them) ...but, it made sense once I figured out their MSC is based in OHIO....damn Yankees!

If it’s with Ipsos and you file a complaint with the BBB, it will most likely fall in the lap of Diana Paone, who’s a BOW. She’s responsive alright. After I posted a complaint on BBB the first thing she told me was ‘Filing multiple complaints on BBB won’t help you, only we can.’ Then she did nothing to fix the problem, just laid blame. She’s totally unequipped to handle her job and her responses are full of venom.
BBB doesn’t always post the complaints. It’s a long process. A small claim might remedy it much faster. Don’t give up!

My attorney suggested it. At the very least, they would have to appear in small claims court in my locale to contest it.
