Is BestMark paying on time or are they still a problem

All this talk about MarketForce and slow payments reminded me that people were having issues with BestMark a while back. Those payment issues were enough for me not to bother attempting some assignments they had that were close to me. No sense in doing work for them if they aren't going to pay or you have to waste time getting them to fork over the fee.

Anyone have any updates on BestMark and if they are paying on time?

I hadn’t shopped with BestMark for years. They lost clients that I liked and they appeared to develop cash flow problems. Then, we heard that CX Group, formerly Second to None, acquired them during Covid. CX Group has always paid timely.

So, I decided to give BestMark a try. It was a fee only shop, no purchase required. Low risk. I was paid according to terms, PayPal, the 17th of the month following the shop. Also, got reacquainted with Cory Walker. He’s a long time scheduler with BestMark and a gem to work with.

Mert, that is good news. I haven't seen any emails or shops from Bestmark for a while, but if they send me an email now I'll look.

I've worked with Cory years ago when Bestmark had lots of work in my area. He is awesome.

Is BestMark still in business? I haven't heard anything about them for a long time.

Thanks everybody I saw they had a few shops. It had been a while since someone had posted a payment issue, so I wasn't sure if they resolved it or everybody bailed on them.

BestMark has been paying me on time.

Shopping Southeast Pennsylvania, Delaware above the canal, and South Jersey since 2008
