Okay just got a response from the Help desk about my January payment. Which I received on February 9th. Their response:
"Unfortunately, the direct deposit payment that was originally issued to you was returned to us due to a bank error. Our bank has corrected their error and you should be seeing your payment as early as today. We understand how frustrating this has been and appreciate your understanding during this process"
Get it together Market Force. My payment for January went in, and I am not owed one for February, so how can the above be true?
