Market Force Direct Deposit

I generally cringe when I see people asking where their deposit is when it is within a few days of expected payment. That being said, I have had direct deposit from MF for years (same credit union). It says they paid on the 20th. Sometimes it comes a day after what they put in their records. As of today, I still do not have it in my account, which is unusual. I am not desperate for it. I am just wondering if anyone else has not received their direct deposit. Thanks in advance.

Mine says 2/23 and it didn't go in yesterday and it's not in today. Last month I posted about this - it took until 2/9 and multiple emails to receive direct deposit that was due on 1/21 (and said paid on my account page). I'm in Canada and hoping that February is not a repeat of last month.

I got mine Feb 21. Possible delay could have been due to President's Day, Feb 19. Banks were closed.
@nhgirl1970 It doesn't matter if you are desperate for the funds or not. It is your money.
The direct deposit from MF was pending in my bank account on February 20th, and fully deposited on February 21st.

Hi guys...All US payments are going through as expected. Unfortunately we've once again had an issue with our bank in Canada. As I understand it, the bank has changed ownership and is causing all kinds of issues. Furthering the issue, finance only alerted us to an issue today (yes, many days after it should have gone through). Our apologies while we work through this issue; appreciate your patience.
I'm in Canada, no payment as of yet. When do you expect it to go thorough?
I see on my marketforce parge, it says deposit was made, next day that is gone, than its back. I assume they are trying? I have two shops next week and may just cancel.
Thanks for the update. It would really be nice if the Help Desk responded to payment inquiries from Canadian shoppers with an explanation similar to what you have posted above, as opposed to ignoring repeated emails.

Okay just got a response from the Help desk about my January payment. Which I received on February 9th. Their response:

"Unfortunately, the direct deposit payment that was originally issued to you was returned to us due to a bank error. Our bank has corrected their error and you should be seeing your payment as early as today. We understand how frustrating this has been and appreciate your understanding during this process"

Get it together Market Force. My payment for January went in, and I am not owed one for February, so how can the above be true?

I received the same response, twice, very shortly after I posted wondering why the Help Desk wasn't responding to messages. Still no payment though, and my page says that I was paid yesterday. Unbelievable.

Same situation, it says I was paid yesterday and nothing. But they have stated I was paid like this a couple times last week. The lack of communication and issues is not bringing a lot of faith. They should at least email everyone to confirm they are working on at it as oppsed to posting here.
Still waiting, March 4th now, if anyone is following this thread.

Unfortunately this is still an issue. Every time you see the dates post and then change is another attempt to push the file through, each of which has failed. We are doing everything we can (daily) to get this rectified and understand the exact issue so we can avoid it moving forward. We appreciate patience is wearing thin and will continue to push along updates as we have them.
I just received a second response from the Help Desk, regarding my Jan payment, this time they correctly informed me that my payment had been deposited February 9th. But seriously why the delay in responding Market Force.? I hope this is not repeated in March, as it has been in February.

Here we go again. This time the Help desk sent an update. Still having issues with the Canadian Direct Deposits. My guess I'll see my money in April sometime.
