Market Force Pay

Hi!

Does anyone have a contact for Market Force, other than their "Help Desk" tab on their website?

I have not been paid for December shops. Initially, my payment page said that a direct deposit was processed on January 21. No payment arrived, and when I wrote them, they told me that I would see the funds by the 20th day of the month which was January 29. Still nothing arrived. My direct deposit notification disappeared for a day, then showed up again but now it reports that a direct deposit was processed on January 31.

Nothing has arrived. My banking information has not changed and I was always paid on time previously. I have written the Help Desk multiple times since January 29 and no one is replying.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

I have the same experience, no direct deposit. I too saw the date go from the 22nd to the 29th to the 31st, with no money arriving. I too emailed the help desk to no avail. I PM'd Mfisherri on here last night, but she has not read my PM as of a few minutes ago. I do not have any other contacts to share. Mfisherri has always been responsive before in these matters. Market Force was late with Dec payments last Jan as well, but not this late, and not with no shopper communication. For the American shoppers it was the last 2 Decembers they were late with their November payments.

Okay my direct deposit for December shops for Market Force finally just hit my bank.

Same! I had a text from a scheduler yesterday asking me to do a shop and I told her I hadn't been paid for December. She said I wasn't the only one. This morning the payment arrived. :-)

Lady Marius, curious if you received payment yet for January? I'm going through the same thing this month - no deposit on the date indicated, and now my direct deposit date has disappeared completely. Not sure why it is so challenging to send payment when it is due.

I did no work for Market Force in January, so I am not expecting payment in Feb. But I will be curious if this is repeated in March, as I did do a shop in Feb.

Mfisherri responded to my PM after I was paid last month to say Market Force's Canadian bank is in the middle of a change in ownership. I am not so convinced as they paid late last January as well. Honestly, I smell something fishy. It is odd that Mfisherri isn't on here reasuring you that payment is forthcoming.
