Just was offered an assignment by this company. The tests required seem a bit odd- the content of the test is not ibn the materials provided so I wrote to the scheduler for assistance after failing the test twice and having no idea as to what I answered wrong. Has anyone had experience with this company? They seem to be foreign. Are they legit and do they pay? Pay seems rather high for the evaluation which is nice just want to be sure Ihey are on the up and up.

Albatross Global Solutions decided to abandon their well established good will among clients and shoppers, jettison their name and adopt a string of letters - viz. "CXG."

Their tests are a joke. After getting through a few, they are quite easy to pass. One has to remember that that whomever writes them doesn't understand English. They are one of three major well-established MSCs based in France. But, unlike say, IPSOS, they never really adopted to working outside of France and French. Their questionnaires are tedious, use verbiage that is quite foreign, and do not - in my opinion - generate any useful data for the clients.

Editing is almost non-existent, Payment is quite prompt. The US based schedulers are on the ball. I can't say the same of the one who schedules the US from South America.

I wrote to them for help on the test. Passed the first one about general shopping- the second one has no place where the info is provided- and I am clueless as to what they are asking. I hope to hear back from them as the shop fee is pretty good. Wish me luck!
I'm so confused by all the CSX companies that I don't look at any of them. Probably a mistake on my part, but I can't deal with all the similar names....I'm getting old...or am old

I am old and disgusted with CXG. Was given assignment. No study guide to take test. And wrote twice and keep getting automated reply about where to contact people for shops all over the world! There is NO USA address for contact as far as I can see! Their basic test is easy. The client specific test which has no study guide is STUPID! The way the questions are posed is DUMB and the possible replies even more so. If I do not get reply to my inquiry in which I included my answers I will just say oh well so sad too bad you are a stupid company not worth working for. Not sure why they want to pull shopper's chains with these stupid tests without complete study guides or guidelines- there ARE some guidelines for client specific shop BUT after reading it three times- printing it and trying to take the test using the guidelines there are some but not all the answers provided!
