Thank you everyone who stuck up for me, I appreciate you! I understand when a shopper is upset and frustrated and the scheduler is often the first contact. I escalated the issue and told the shopper that and then unfortunately that is the end of what I can actually do. I did say that others had figured it out, but after being told it was just flat out not possible. This project is over and I have to say I am not too sad to see it end.

you sure are petty. the point is if theres a prerequisite in order to perform the shop and its not listed then you should not have the right to pick and choose how a shop is completed (especially if an option is that the shop could not be completed and explained - which it was and i did). you are only protecting yourself and not the shoppers so i'm not really sure what you are thanking others when you did not stick up for them. your post is unnecessary and emoting to a forum like that sure is unprofessional. others have PHD's, why dont you have one?
These shops aren't even worth the $14. Requiring a weird behavior (2 identical purchases, pay in different ways lol). All going unfilled in my area.
tryintosellmystuf I am not sure what you mean here, I did everything in my power to assist. I always do everything I can to assist and stick up for shoppers, but I cannot change the way projects run or what client asks, there are just limits.

ebit123 these particular shops didn't require a purchase at all, you just sent your own money from one platform to another.

I can say the Guidelines were actually pretty clear. You either had a Venmo balance or you could ask someone to send you money via Venmo. Or you could do what I did and set up a debit card.

Seems simple. I’m not sure why tryintosellmystuff doesn’t have a Venmo balance or anyone that can send Venmo to him/her? Maybe they don’t have anyone IRL that can do that for him/her?
Time to turn off replies to this thread. Doesn't seem to be productive and these shops are complete. (I'm on Team Karen)

how do you fund it? It is the principle.

I am not entirely sure what "principle" you referring to but adding funds to your Venmo account should be common sense if you own one. Also, I honestly have no idea how you survive in real world work environment but from time to time you are supposed to use your brain for critical thinking and problem-solving skills. No one is supposed to lay out every single detail to you....

Before you start attacking me and claim that I am Karen's puppet. I actually flunked enough E/M store that she banned me from doing that stores anymore, so if anything, I should be having issue with her than having good relationship with her. But I do acknowledge flunking shops are my fault and I simply not seeing it is ok that you are flaming your incompetent onto others.
This is not the shop you think it is.
