Customer Impact and their uber-stingy project manager

Dan Price who posted above is the person I mentioned.

I have found him resposive and willing to get feedback. He is not a scheduler. But he does want to hear honest feedback and not rants.

if you’re not getting answers from the scheduler(i don’t think they have many right now, Savannah is nice and responsive), go to the project manager. Jason and Kristen are 2 really good ones in my opinion… have had a lot of exchanges with both of them, nothing but respect and consideration there, and they’re both knowledgeable. there’s also Valerie and Cris above them. they’ve been around a long time and are in that spot because they were great project managers. never had bad interactions with them either. of course Daniel is a gem too. my point is if you think there’s people you don’t get on with, there’s others there who may make your life easier and less stressful.
