Many yrs. ago, I am guessing 15, I completed an assignment for ath. My submission was declined, this due to their scheduler's error in listing a CD as an acceptable account. I E-mailed an appeal, but was denied. I responded that their scheduler's mistake was not my problem and if I were not paid, I would seek the assistance of my bank, their client. I immediately received a phone call and a PayPal deposit.
The above resulted in burning a bridge, but I have never, for a second, regretted my manner of resolution.

And NO ONE has done hundreds of shops for this company. These are largely banking and credit card shops that they provide, sweetheart. Those will always have requirements for time distanced between shops that would make such a thing highly unlikely, if not impossible.

I guess you're not one of the many people on Glassdoor with different experiences, or the shopper who had their review removed from BBB, or any of the other people reviewing them on small websites. This company is well known for payment that is sometimes arriving and sometimes not. And that is proven with a simple google search. The only resource they've succeeded in squashing honest opinion on, besides this forum, is the Better Business Bureau, due to shoppers being seen as non-customers when reviewing them. And guess what? I've been paid successfully by them too.
No one ever ignored my requests then, or refused to respond in a standard communication response then. I started work for them 6 YEARS ago with perfect scores then. And no one blatantly lied then by removing half the data that was sent in by myself, then.... In 2023, they are doing it to me too, like countless others who have ALSO mentioned that they use their email systems to block them out and deny payment. And real shoppers who have interest in making money more than lording over others will want to know that.

I don't know what your problem is. Making blanket statements that include terms like "NO ONE has done hundreds of shops for this company" is, IMHO, a sign of ignorance. I have personally completed 215 shops for ath Power in 2023 alone. My fees from ath Power for 2023 alone are well into 5 figures. I have completed THOUSANDS of shops for them since 2008. As far as I know, they only have banking and financial shops. I have no idea what you mean by "time distanced shops". None of the ones I do have a required time between shops done on the same day. I complete shops for them in NJ, PA, and DE and occasional phone shops in other states as well
Thank you for calling me a liar. I will refrain from casting similar epithets in your direction.@Ccapp136 wrote:

Until today, the OP made a single post on this Forum in 4 years. I have made dozens and dozens of posts and answered many questions. I will let my status as a reputable shopper speak for itself.
That's typically what happens for this company; a small amount of work is done, rather than thousands and thousands of shops, as the previous poster suggested. However, as I said before, poking around online and doing those company feedback searches would show that this experience is not the only negative one. Since they are actively pursuing removing negative feedback online, it does not serve me any purpose to point those links out myself, although I am saving photos of them. And who knows what might happen with that?@sestrahelena wrote:
I'll pick B, "having comprehension issues." Final answer.
Seriously though, I never had a problem with Ath but they rarely have anything for me anyway. Long ago I did a lot of work for them with nary an issue.

I've never had any issues with AthPower. My first shop with them took place in 2017 and I've shopped for them ever since. They've always treated me fairly. I've never had a shop rejected, they have been understanding and forgiving when I screwed up, and I've been able to reschedule or override a rotation when I requested. The schedulers have always been nice to me. My only complaint with them is that sometimes the reports are lengthy and their payment cycle is longer than most - but they've never missed paying me.

@Morledzep I can't think of a bank or large store that doesn't have an entry like that. Even most schools I go to.

Sandy, The ones I went to were in Riverside and the Inland Empire. I wish I could remember the name of the bank.. There aren't really any "high crime" neighborhoods in Riverside and Moreno Valley, there are a couple residential areas that I would choose not to walk through, but the banks aren't there, all of the banks were in larger strip malls, and shopping centers. Just outside of Moreno Valley City limits there are several HUGE shopping areas, a mall and large strip malls with big name anchor stores.
