Many of the locations are in small towns, surrounded by remote countryside and lonely roads....not bad on a lovely summer's day...but for winter? not my favorite time. Also for me, to make a route between such distant locations...well I know, everyone is different. I am always on the lookout for gas stations...not so easy at time.
Thanks for the heads up... 2 days to get to upstate NY and 2 days to get back ? long distance...but thanks for the heads up! I remember the recent post from the person who drove to some convenience store outpost in Nevada, hundreds of remote miles away. I was able to find the place on the map...there are still some cool corners of the US left. He got a big bonus for that as I recall, driving through the night without cell coverage.
Again I saw that under the sun the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, nor bread to the wise, nor riches to the intelligent, nor favor to those with knowledge, but time and chance happen to them all.
