Does anyone work with Ctcss or Coast-to-Coast and are they good to work with/

Has anyone worked through this company? I have only been mystery shopping since early May. I have signed up with about 20 companies, so far. I have only scheduled shops with about 8, so far, due to location or other criteria. I take the responsibility very seriously, and pay great attention to guidelines and timing criteria.

I recently scheduled a shop with this company, that required a delivery,before I could proceed with the shop. The shop was supposed to be on Tuesday, but I still have not received the materials. It is now Thursday evening. Due to communication voids, I am wondering if this is a decent company to work with. Any feedback would be appreciated. I have not elaborated, but have written off this company based on this assignment. It was not just the wait but lack of support regarding when to expect delivery, timing to do shop when materials are received, and a general respect for shopper's time.

I have visited the forum since I first started mystery shopping. I have found it to be invaluable in finding out about companies that are well respected, good to work with, and how to find them. I hope to learn more and share with other shoppers,any experience with this company and others that would help in selecting the best companies.

I haven't had a problem with this scheduler in the year I've been completing work for the companies they represent.

This is a Scheduling Co., I do an auto dealership with them pretty much every month. They pay quickly and always email me when these jobs come up. I do not care for their job board, but getting emails from them works well. The schedulers are nice.

the company that i have been signed up for through them is called creative image associates... and they are by far the best company i have worked for... by about 10 billion miles... no joke... the scheduler is so nice and understanding... she is willing to work through many mistakes... and she is very quick in responding to my emails and sometimes phone calls...

CTSS is a nice scheduling firm. They schedule for several of the companies I work for. No problems, friendly and helpful. Pay comes directly from the companies for whom they are scheduling with the companies I have worked for when they were scheduling.

I've completed work for Coast with 3 different MSCs and with 2, the pay was split and arrived in different time frames. When I inquired as to the reason, it was explained in a letter that all bonuses were paid by Coast and fees by the MSC.

I just received an email from them, they are now scheduling Beyond Hello's upscale Boutique which is a very difficult shop for BH to schedule. I am noticing more and more scheduling Co's. handling these shops, and yes, the bonus comes from them, while the pay comes from the MSC.
