Customer Point of View

Has anyone heard of or shopped for "Customer Point of View" which is not the same as "A Customer's Point of View?"

Never heard of Customer Point of View and I hope shoppers don't confuse it with A Customer's Point of View out of GA whom I have been shopping for for almost 14 years and love them!

I have shopped for Customer Point of View and they don't have shops in my area. Fairly recently though, the owner communicated with some shoppers to see if there was interest in conducting workshops.

Edited: Oops - I have NOT shopped for Customer Point of View.
