Ipsos shops pending review

I have had a few of these. This is not a problem. The client has a problem sometimes. The auditor has a problem that needs clarification. It just takes a little longer to get paid.
It’s been my experience that IPSOS keeps their editing staff lean and short-staffed. They rotate them to projects in order of importance and/or due date to clients.
Your shops will eventually be edited, they are probably working on a higher priority group of evaluations right now.

Yes. It took maybe 2-3 weeks for them to be approved.

Welcome to the "black hole" that is the time between your completion of the work, and when (or if) you get paid from IPSOS.....run silent, run deep!
Amazing how many folks don't read their ICA or the payment schedule information posted on the MSC web sites.
If those shops were on the Shopmetrics platform, they do take a few extra days, in my experience, but once approved you get paid on the next payment day coming up. I would not worry about it.
I completed about 10 phone shops for Ipsos on the Sassie side recently. I did five one night and five the next. Surprisingly, all of them were edited and accepted very quickly - within a few hours. The emails that came telling me they were accepted were all sent between 1:00 and 3:00 in the morning, so that person was up editing through the night!

I have not seen any phone shops on the Sassie side of Ipsos.. Just the regular shops.
Where do you find them.. I have looked and I don't see it..
I click on additional filters and there is a small check box but it does not list the shops that you want to view.. (Just like if you want to view only fast food, retail, gas). It gives all of them..
I know on other Sassie shops you can click on like just fast food, gas , and it will only show those.

I have a gas station that is 8 days old and has not been edited yet. I would not be concerned except some others I did for them were edited the same day. I guess the end of the month just gets really busy for them. I have always enjoyed working for them so the wait is fine.
They did state at their last webinar that they edit on a first-come-first-served basis. So, we never know how many were submitted at the time we personally submit.

Ipsos has their phone shops mixed in with everything else. I usually sort by Fees to find them because usually phone shops pay the least. The project for which I did phone shops is over now, though. I believe I grabbed the last few left.

I don't think a lot of shoppers understand that the editors literally work all day and sometimes during the night to get these shops completed.

Why do you say that? Of course they do, just like we do. If I'm working on a report at 3am, of course I know there's got to be an editor editing at 3am somewhere, too. Unless what you're saying is that some newer shoppers don't realize that most editors are independent contractors paid per shop just like we are.@luvtwoscrap wrote:

@shopnyc the reason I say that is because I have just been reading so many posts about how shoppers are complaining about having to wait on reports to be viewed etc. Complaining about pay, wait time etc. I know a couple of editors and I am a mystery shopper myself. I just think that shoppers should be more patient (those that are complaining). They will be paid, it just depends on how many reports come through for them at once. They work long and hard hours all day sometimes 7 days a week trying to get stuff completed so the shopper will get paid.
Considering we are talking about Ipsos, they are a horrible company to work for. They are disrespectful to shopper an all their platforms.
