100% agree.
And the OP needs to realize REALLY quickly that Sassie is just a platform & doesn't employ ANYONE at ANY mystery shopping company. And filing a complaint?! With who?? You're not a w-2 employee, you own your own business. It's up to you to collect or write off the bad debt.

I am confused as to how many shops are still unpaid.
"I never got paid for three jobs."
"After going back and forth at least 10 times, he finally paid me for three out of the 10 shops I did."
Are you saying you did 10 shops total and JM Ridgway only paid you for 7 shops until you complained, or are you saying you still have not been paid for 7 shops?
IMO, Nikki is simply bad news but Frank is different. I think Frank often assumes the shopper is at fault and his communication style is so blunt that it is often abrasive. I also think that, once you have shopped a long time for JM Ridgway and built up trust, he stops assuming you are wrong, listens more, and is much more civil. I don't think JM Ridgway or Frank is corrupt at all. Is the company unprofessional or unorganized? Often.
As for the company's "rapid pay" shops, my experience has been that shoppers are often required to contact Frank after submitting the reports to request rapid pay. It's a bother but that requirement is usually publicized in the shop postings.

This is by far, the most unprofessional, corrupt, and unorganized company I’ve ever worked for. Which sucks because I love doing apartment shops. I did a bunch of shops last summer and was updating my spreadsheet for the end of the year and realized I never got paid for three jobs. I reached out to Frank, who was so rude and unhelpful, I asked for a manager. He claimed to be a manager and there was nobody else to talk to. I told him that I was supposed to be paid within five days via their “rapid pay.” It was clearly in my notes that I would be paid within five days. After going back and forth at least 10 times, he finally paid me for three out of the 10 shops I did. Of course, he didn’t label any of them so I had no idea what he paid me for and when I asked he basically ignored me. Then I reached out to my scheduler, Nikki, who was just as rude. To make a long story short, I plan on reaching out all over the CyberWorld to find out how I can put a legitimate complaint in about this company. I don’t know if sassie realizes that they employ corrupt people. After much research, I found login information and when I tried to, I realize that they had completely removed me from their system. I guess that’s what happens when you complain. I wonder how many other people have never been paid for their jobs?
