You don't sound very easygoing to me. You sound angry and unhappy What is the point of the repeated negative posts, especially those that have nothing to do with performing a mystery shop or with a Mystery Shopping Company? I am interested in work with mystery shopping companies but not in your difficulties with customer service in your personal life.
