Missing Shop on Marketforce Payment

So I typically don't check and make sure all shops have been paid when I receive my monthly direct deposit from MF. I've worked with them for over a decade and just haven't had payment problems. I generally glance at the payment and if it looks to be about what I'm expecting I don't give it a second thought. But today I happened to open up the payment details and I noticed that it's missing one shop from September 1st. It was a chicken shop. A $10 fee but also a $9 reimbursement. Not sure what happened to it. So I sent them an email with the shop ID and will await their response. Has anyone else noticed a discrepancy with their most recent direct deposit?

WOW!! I had the exact same issue for the exact same shop date. I did email customer support as well. Didn't get any auto acknowledgement about the email. Keep us posted if you hear back. I'll do the same.
I had shop on 9/1 and see it was part of the payment. Are you sure they "accepted" your shop and did not deny it for some reason?
As far as I know they accepted it. I never received any communication regarding the shop after I submitted it. The shop submission went through the same as every other shop. I don't like how MF doesn't show a detailed list of your shop history, but they do show the history of your rejected shops... and this shop isn't listed.
Did you check to see if they put it on last month's payment?

Yes, I did check the last month's statement and not there, either. The help desk did respond and apologized for the mistake, saying they would contact accounting for a separate payment. So I guess somehow it just got left off the statement. Weird
I have the exact same problem, missing a shop from 9/1. I checked last statement and this one and it is completely missing. It does not even show up on my past assignments, I filled out the help form, but is you have an email for help desk, separate from the online link, please let me know.
Following up on this. I reached out to MF, and was paid within a day. MF rep mentioned this was an error from their end and apologized. Glad I keep good records and check everything!
