Spreadsheet -- Database of Companies (Can you help update this?)

As many of you know @stilllearning and @StormCloud are working on updating the official database of companies here, which is very out of date.

They've created a spreadsheet, linked below, which will be useful in updating the database here. They can edit it -- so if you add corrections, add notes, etc to this post, they'll be able to update it as needed.

Thank you everyone for working on this!

Right now I'm the only one with "write access" to the sheet, so if anyone finds anything that needs correcting, post here and I will take care of it. The old "too many cooks" thing, and avoiding conflicting information, or information that hasn't been verified. smiling smiley

However!!
Anyone can save a copy of the spreadsheet to their computer, and then do whatever they like to it. smiling smiley

This will be awesome. Thank you for all the work! If there is anything you need help with, please let me know, I'd be happy to help.

I know its a lot but at some point it would be great to have a list of who has clients in what states. I can't tell you how many companies I've signed up with only to find out they have nothing anywhere near me. Also it would be great for people traveling or going on vacation to be able to check what MSC's are at their destination.

Thanks for doing this! Here is the info for 360 Relay.
They are on isecretshop.com
The following is their direct info. The note is from their website:
www.360-relay.com
"As of August 1st, 360 Intel is now 360 Relay!
We are excited to continue offering the same slate of services across the country, with the mission of helping our clients improve their customer experience."
@rarararara This sounds like it would be a useful tool for a lot of shoppers. Are you interested in contacting each of the MSCs and compiling a list of the states they cover?

I intend to live forever. So far, so good.

IMHO, you'd have to update it monthly as MSCs acquire and loose clients all the time.
I agree that it would probably need to be updated at least monthly. I would also be surprised if many MSCs are willing to share this information since it would be helpful (maybe even more helpful) to competitors. Also, who would you contact? Consider all of the problems shoppers have getting anyone to respond to inquiries. Maybe someone could start by contacting one of the schedulers who frequently posts here to see how they react and if they would provide regular updates.

Shopping Southeast Pennsylvania, Delaware above the canal, and South Jersey since 2008
I mean I could just look at the MSC's I'm signed up with and figure out where they have shops. Mostly just spitballing though, there has to be an easier way to compile things like this. We need some data engineers, lol.

The CXE website is cxeinc.com

Doing assignments since the days when reports were handwritten and faxed to the MSC.
The Dead Ringers website is deadringers.co

Great job to the team that supported this project!

Clean, easy to navigate, etc.

Happy the final decision to use a spreadsheet ended up happening!

Very infrequently shopping the Greater Denver Area, Colorado Springs and in-between in Colorado these days.
@Tarantado and others interested, I'm still working with Jacob to help update the "Official Listing" on this forum site -- it deserves to be all spiffy again too!

But I agree that having the spreadsheet is a good option for many -- I'm happy you and others like it!

I'm doing updates today, from all of the posts here and in the other thread about updating the MSC list; and from some PM's!

I'm pretty sure that I have everyone's updates, additions, edits/corrections in there as of just a few minutes ago. smiling smiley

PS:
I also found/verified/added URL's to several more MSC's in the process. And added URL columns to the "MSC by Platform" tabs of the spreadsheet. And cleaned up some typos and formatting inconsistencies. smiling smiley

Late to the party here, but CEE also has bank shops in New Jersey. They occasionally have non-bank phone shops in other states (but not often).

I learn something new every day, but not everyday!
I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.
I received an email regarding an available job today, I don't see this one in the list: CustomerOptix is IntelliShop’s small business web portal.

CustomerOptix is IntelliShop’s small business web portal.

In Illinois, perhaps elsewhere, this company only needs business owners for the shops.
@StormCloud, needed to check how a company paid today before I would take a job - just wanted to thank you again for this fabulous resource!

Shopping domestic and international locations since 2003.
Is their an option to search by country on the sheet, or am I being Oliver asking for it.

Just wondered
@fluffy78 most are US. If the company had international shops I added a note with the country. There were only a few of those.
Hi - have you worked with them before?

Hello,

Here is one you might want to add,

I am unable to signup at their website and no Facebook posts since 2019. Do they still exist?
Never mind, ... found it.
