GFK

Does anybody know how to go about finding jobs with GFK? When I look at jobslinger, I see jobs available, but when I go to thier site and click on the "shops available" link, the response is: there are currently no shops available in your area.

Also, did the job search link on their site ever work? Anytime I click on it, I get this:

Shop Search
This page is currently under development. You will not be able to search for shops at this time

I don't know if I should just give up or what the deal is.... any info would be greatly appreciated (as always!!) smiling smiley

Make certain you have their emails turned on. It would appear their job board on this 'new and improved' website does not work. I have never found a job there though my In Box is full of offers. Pretty counterproductive IMHO.

Just log in to available shops. What you are probably seeing on jobslinger, could be older shops that have been already taken. In addition, once you are signed up, you will receive emails about the shops that might be available. Right now, there are audit shops, which I don't do.

I was able to get in using AOL. However, maybe it is your browser. Are you using Internet Explorer, which usually works. I just checked, and did not get any message about the site being under development.

Thanks for your ideas, both of you! kittybratt, I'm using explorer and a fairly new version as well. I'll make sure the emails are turned on.

I am assigned/registered with GFK. Once registered with GFK they will blow Ur email up with shops. Probably more than you can handle.

To me Jobslinger only informs you what is available. If U R registered then U should not have any problem.
