In Sassie on your Shopper Log, click on “show filters” on the right hand side. That will open up the drop down menus. Select either “finished,” to show only ones you’ve already submitted, or “any” to include upcoming or unsubmitted shops.
Btw you can select “finished,” and then under date type select “paid on” to see everything that was paid on a certain date or in a date range, which can be a handy feature.
I would advise also writing the main Ipsos email address which is
mystery.shopping@ipsos.com. If the missing shop(s) are all for one project I’d include that in the subject line (missing pay for two X Client Shops, e.g.)
You should have received an email when the shops were approved, so in body of email you should say that (Sassie shops are supposed to be on Tuesday for everything paid through the previous Friday).
