I'm not having as much problem with that as I used to. It took only a couple of days for the scanned, emailed invoice of my recent shops to change the "Needs Paperwork" to "In Process".

Completed my first job for them on 5/27, payment says 30 days, but haven't rec'd yet. Should I start harassing or just wait a few more days?
Check your history on their website to make sure that it isn't missing paperwork. There are 3 categories "Needs Paperwork", "View Invoice" and "Paid". I did not do a job in May. My April shop was paid in early May. My June shop is showing "View Invoice" so evidently they haven't paid it yet. My July shop is showing "Needs Paperwork" because the invoice has not yet been credited to the shop. If your shop shows "Needs Paperwork" the chances are good that you didn't upload your invoice/receipt and/or they did not receive it (there are ugly gremlins out there that that snag such stuff and eat it for lunch with liverwurst), so it needs to be resubmitted.
If it doesn't change to paid in the next few days I would contact them. It may be that your shop missed some cutoff date for being 'complete' in May. I don't do a lot for them, but am paid via Paypal somewhere around the 10th of the month.
After receiving up to 40+ E-letters in a day, this matter re-occurring on several occasions and the scheduler ignoring my plea to reduce the traffic, I entered the website and requested I no longer receive notices. Unfortunately, I was still finding mail from them in my in-box, but at a reduced volume. Finally, in frustration I called the company and asked for deactivation, which was granted. I only burn a bridge as a last resort, but there are times when destruction's the only solution to a problem.

Unfortunately, because of the barely existent filtering system, email notification with ICCDS is feast or famine.

In regard to payment, they're often on time to the day, sometimes early, and from time to time, a couple of days late. I'd wait at least 4 days before inquiring. (I'm currently in a slightly late mode myself, but I'm not worried -- this company pays, and unless there's some type of mistake, they are NEVER very late.)

I am in the same boat as you. Been waiting for 2 payments for assignments submitted the last week of May so I contacted the company. I was told they will be paid on the next payment round. No next round date was given. These jobs were done more than 30 days ago. Have a 3rd assignment completed the 2nd week of June. No payment yet. About to have 3 assignments with completion dates of at least 30 days.
My payment through PayPal was for a May 26 shop.

Edited: The payment was today.

I have a shop done 6/5 that was NOT paid today. I hope they aren't done with payments for this month.
I've been a big proponent of ICCDS, but I'm getting annoyed. Yes, they are pretty substantially behind in payment this month, and as of late, communication on other fronts has been rather lackluster.
LOVE ICCDS and their great forms. Not too effiecient, I agree in this age of loading receipts, but it is regular work. I am curious as to why I do not receive a lot of offers in the Memphis Tn area. Where are you marjority of jobs, since I travel a lot.
I just received my payment for June shops. So they aren't running all that far behind.
I just did a really sweet one for them, gift registration at a home store. Nice! Love working for them when I can get a good shop!
Irksome that today's emailed offering from the scheduler was for a shop due today.
I love ICC. They are one of the faster paying companies. I get a deposit every Monday and have done some traffic shops that paid 150.00 per day for a 2 or 3 day commitment 6-8 hours. The scheduler, David is great for Seattle. They have a lot of shops in my area.
And, some light on the late payments, maybe. Although this only concerns shops completed/submitted by 6/15, it looks like they're running up to two weeks behind. From their Facebook page:

"Due to an issue on our side, we will be paying according to the following schedule:

Shops submitted through 6/1 will be paid by 7/14
Shops submitted through 6/15 will be paid by 7/15"
