Local classifieds paper ad - anyone know who this company is?

I ran the phone number through a couple of web searches and didn't get any useful information. Does anyone recognize this ad and phone number and know who the company is?

Did you call the phone number? Did that give a company name?

I just called the number and it was for Shopper Systems [shoppersystems.com]

I don't know anything about them.

ETA: In the phone message they mention Wendy's and Walmart as "clientele" and say that you have to pay a 2.95 fee to get started.....I wouldn't do it.

Also, in the FAQ on their homepage it says this:

Thanks, this confirms my rather weak hunch that it wasn't worth my time.
