Oh, absolutely! You should definitely write. IMO, there is a difference between "more information" and an editor wanting to clarify what was written and reported correctly. I think I had a grade changed once from BH, and I KNOW I did from Bare.
That said, one of the things I often find myself utilizing on BH shops is the box at the bottom of the form, where you can relay extra information to the editors. In this case, for both shops, I would have written something like, "Please note that I did another location on (date) for the same client, and both associates had the same name. This is not a reporting error."
Personally, I really like it when companies include that ability, and have utilized that option with other MSCs as well.
