I don't get it. I thought they were a mystery shopping company, but I'm now thinking they're just a scheduling company? I recently accepted a shop, and the link goes to Mintel.

That is very odd. I can't imagine what their relationship is with Mintel. Research Services Group is a Sassie MSP. They are currently being scheduled by Summit Scheduling.

Joint project? I just did a Mintel shop that had a link to a report form that was not on their own site, though there were also a few questions and the uploads to do to the Mintel site.

No clue. I've gotten emails from them before, but this is the first shop I've taken. The link clearly goes to Mintel.

I'm interested now. I have recently signed up with them because they have just gotten a bank platform shop, allowing 5 shops per month, limited to one per day, and they are being scheduled by Judith at Summit. I've done one so far. Report form is repetitive but the easiest of all the bank platform shop reports I've done. I love Mintel and I would love to do something for them again....I've seen absolutely nothing posted from them in ages. I hope this is a joint project .... and hope it comes to Texas.....

I've been signed up with Mintel for a while, but this will be my first shop for them, too. Well, I guess, sort of!

Research Service Group had some of the Mintel bank openings; I noticed that they were paying less for the same Mintel shops. I did a few Mintel shops but they have restrictions on how many you can do.

I just looked at the Mintel board, and it's true, the instructions are very similar. However, the locations are different. With the RSG shops, you can go to any location, it doesn't have to be a specific address.

That said, after seeing such similar instructions, I'm wondering if I made a mistake by accepting an RSG shop at half the fee of Mintel. Ultimately, I guess the only way to know this for sure is to do both this shop and a similar one from Mintel.
