I've been getting tons from them too, but when I login, there is rarely anything within an hour of me.
Mine is about the same, but less than an hour. I went ahead and declined all of the shops. After reading more and more you would have to be approved for the low percentage interest rate on a new home mortgage from a well known bank. No thank you, If you have to do all the shops guidelines and if you are not approved, NO Pay! I dont need to refinace on my home, thats the catch from what I read. If I read it wrong pleases response.
I hear from them about 6 emails a day, usually by different people in there company.

Most of the shops are for electronics auditing. for 2 days. Which means a BGC and DS. Right now my background is ok and I anm not on drugs. So I don't qualify.

This seems like the one type of shops they send my way.
They used to have some great shops over a year ago and paid well and promptly within two weeks. But now they barely have anything in my area.
I am not sure we're talking about the same shop here, but if the mortgage shop was a very high paying telephone shop, you do not need to be approved for the mortgage to get the shop. In fact, there are instructions for how to deal with various disapprovals you might receive from the mortgage agent. The catch there is that they may do a hard hit on your credit score.

The company pays incredibly quickly- I was paid on that shop within a week!

By the way, those cell phone shops that they tote as "very easy" are nothing close to easy. But, still, nice company and quick pay. I hope they post jobs in your area soon!
When I read the instructions for the mortgage shop, I believe it said you would need to be approved before you could be paid as well.
Yes, this is true. And this bank is going to do a hard hit credit report for sure. Now that I am thinking about it I dont think it was a phone shop as it stated a city that I'm close to, but not worth taking a chance to have my credit score lowerd. Wish I had not declined only so I could go back and double check, (phone or visit.)
The mortgage shop is supposed to do a "soft credit" hit. Wow how hard is the credit hit?
WOW, when I read about this shop on the Home Page they were looking for shoppers to perform the "phone morgage shops." They also said that it would not affect the credit.

I also agree with the other topic about getting too many E-Mails about the same topic. I'm recieving E-mails saying they have shops in my area. But their all in the US (I'm Canadian.) Honestly I don't even live close to a border either.

The hard inquiry will only hit your credit if the mortgage broker pushes through the application by mistake. The client bank will do a soft inquiry, just to gauge your current credit profile. Soft inquiries do not count against your credit score.

Either way, even if a hard inquiry posts by mistake, you can dispute the inquiry with the credit agency. So long as you have documentation from the shop that the hard inquiry was not supposed to appear, more than likely, the credit agency will remove it.

The fact that U R a Human living and breathing may put U in their area. :-)
I'll agree with that sojo917, i got an offer for a job in Jamacia once. I had to try and get a permit to work from their government. Reading the instructions I also had to prove that I lived there. Talk about just being a living and breathing human.

A soft inquiry is what appears when you or one of your current creditors checks the status of your account. Your current creditors will often times make a soft inquiry either monthly or quarterly, just to make sure you're still up to snuff. Soft inquiries are not factored in to your FICO score. When you apply for more credit somewhere, that registers as a hard inquiry, which is factored into your score.

What the client bank is doing with the soft inquiry is getting a general idea of your credit profile. If someone were to have a history full of delinquent payments, bad debt charge-offs and bankruptcies, they wouldn't want them to shop for this project, since the mortgage broker would take one look at their history and know there is no way they would be approved.
I have done one bank shop for them. Enjoyed the assignment and enjoyed working with them. Today, I can't get to their website - have been trying for several hours. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
Never done an audit for them, but got tired of those emails for the mortgage so I clicked on it and "Opted Out", noting my er, opinion about their sending multiple messages a day for the same shop. Haven't heard a thing since. Wonder if they deactivated me...all heartbroken about it. smiling smiley

Interesting that you posted on the 24th. I tried to enter a shop that night, as well as the 22nd, and had a number of problems. Long story, but the shop was actually returned to me, and I'm going to re-input tonight. At any rate, one of the problems I was experiencing was an error message.
I consistently get emails from them re cell phone shops, but do not qualify due to age restrictions. What gives? Must they remind me I'm getting old? Lol!
