I totally *heart* TrendSource

I think it really depends on the store, and as others have inferred, if it's a place in which you find value aside from mystery shopping.

As far as I know, this particular store is the only grocery store TS has in my area (aside from that competitor audit), I've actually only seen one other grocery store besides this in my city, period, from another MSC (Sinclair), and I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole. Smaller reimbursement, transportation cost and the time it would take to get there isn't worth it for me.

I understand. I did the Sinclair one once and that was enough. Long, long, long and very redundant report. It seems to me the thing printed out to 23 pages. It may be shorter now, but that was years ago when I was an enthusiastic newbie who printed out reports to make sure I got everything perfectly. The only TS grocery is quite distant and the value of the shop is not worth the distance, much less paying the toll bridge.

TS has many grocery stores close to me, but really $9.00, can't they give you just a bit more, I'm not impresed by these shops comparing them to TNS who pays 12.00 reimbursement and a decent fee.

In my area unfortunately, Trendsource is pretty much the only company with grocery shops. I occasionally do one for Strategic Reflections, but the city is far and I don't go to it often.

Mine is $15.00 reimbursement and a $5.00 fee. Perhaps it's now more clear why I can't complain!

You folks that love Trendsource hop on their current band wagon...
new fast food revel and yes the pay..................
without saying the amount less than a value meal :-)

and it states will take up to 35 minutes.....
plus paperwork
you all go for it!

I saw that and couldn't hit Delete fast enough-loving TrendSource or not. That was awful!

TS has its benefits and drawbacks, much like any other MSC. The pricing audits....never again. I'd rather do the blue & yellow furniture shop. Not worth the $8. I'll do 2 of the standard grocery shops, but only when I'm going to that store anyway.

They've had a big run of business verifications and revealed photo audits lately that I've been more than happy to jump on. Between $10-20 a stop, minimal if any narrative and taking pictures instead of fake-dealing with sales clerks; I'll take 'em all day long.
