Worst Secret Shopper Company

Secret Shopper is the worst company to hire because they are not consistent with your shops. You are given a representative for your account- with our experience they do not communicate whats so ever with you until you have a problem.

I have found Secret Shopper quite easy to work with, well-defined jobs, and fast pay.

Do they normally not contact shoppers after shops are submitted? I submitted a shop weeks ago and haven't heard anything from them. I assume all is well and I will be paid on their scheduled pay date. I hope, lol.

Secret Shopper was the first company I shopped for, back in 2006. Like ShopUntilYouDrop, I've never had a problem. I will add that in all these years, I've only had to communicate with them about a shop once, and I did find it difficult getting a response (had to email several times, and then finally call).

rainy, no, they normally don't contact shoppers after a shop is submitted. If you sign in, you can see your score and any feedback they might have left. I've never had a problem getting paid on time.

I always take it with a grain of salt when a shoppers first post is to trash an MSC.

...particularly when they just post negative comments with no explanation. A shopper who truly believes a MSP is one that other shoppers should avoid will usually go into detail about what exactly is wrong with the MSP and give the reason they believe there is something wrong. I pay very little attention when a shopper posts negative comments with no detail or explanation.

I just did a jewelry shop for them yesterday and find reports fine, and scheduler very nice. Work for them every few months when they have something in my town, as not alot of jobs here and pay too low to drive, very acceptable for a close to home job.

Well to get off the subject, who are your favorites? I really dont have any worst ones Yet! Yea some pay slow and others very fast but thats the business we chose. I have about 25 that I really cant complain about except for the long reports on some that can take up most of your day.
