Is anyone having difficulty submitting reports today for Stericycle ExpertSOLUTIONS?
I have entered all the information twice only to have the report reset with all the data gone. The second time I was taken directly to the reporting page. I am assuming the receipt page must have uploaded the first time. I did close out the link and reopen it before the second time.
At least before I hit submit the second time I saved a copy to my computer, but that doesn't really help unless they accept an emailed copy with all the photos attached.
I did two of their shops earlier in the week with no problems. Why is it issues always happen on the weekends when no one is in the office for support.
I'm heading out to see a movie now so hopefully when I try again in a couple of hours it will work.
