Urgent Gapbuster Help Please

I did a shipping store with the print scenario. They could not do the printing so I don't have receipt info to enter. I can't get past the receipt info page of the report. I sent an enquiry-any suggestions in the meantime?
TIA

When I have had that problem in the past I have scanned a piece of paper that said something to the effect of "Associate unable to complete request", uploaded that and continued with the report. Your report will in and of itself reflect the situation on site and why/why not the deed was/wasn't done. I have had more of the print shops fail than succeed. I don't know what current policy is but I have always been paid the fee portion.

Edit: I always grabbed a business card and usually tacked that onto the explanation page I was going to scan to upload so that at least I had proof of having been there. I don't know if they require a business card these days as a separate item, but it wouldn't hurt to give it to them twice.

Thanks- this is the second page where you put in the receipt date, etc. If I don't hear from anyone, I'll just enter whatever (unfortunately it's a dropdown menu) and, in the text boxes below, write an explanation. Too bad they don't have anything prior to that to enter that there was no receipt. But thanks-we really learn to adapt to their stupid forms, don't we?
Yes indeed. There are a lot of trade offs on the forms to make it easier for the editor and/or the shopper and unfortunately those trade offs make it extremely difficult to properly report a shop that didn't go according to plan.

That particular shop is an excellent example of just such a situation. Around here many of the shipping places will not let you put your thumb drive in their machine because they are so fearful of getting a virus. The variant of that, of course, is when they screw up the job so badly they don't charge--like binding it from the wrong side. And also obvious is that if you have attempted the shop you can't just reschedule and try it again because the stores are so small you would just be dealing with the same folks again. I haven't done them in a while because I was recognizing the associates and they were beginning to recognize me.
I waited to submit it until 15 minutes before the deadline. It was ready to go because I did what I said before and entered info, then explained that it was wrong info and why. I only did the shop because I was looking for something different and it was close. I didn't know I was going to waste the day waiting for a response that still hasn't come. Someone else also suggested getting a business card. Very few of these shops are close enough to be worthwhile. (5 miles today.) Probably won't do any more-especially since the limit is 2 a day.
They certainly don't pay well and they can be a PITA. Around here they are mostly located in the strip malls where there is a grocery store I shop so it was convenient to schedule the two together. Not nearly as many of the shops these days as there were 12 and 18 months ago. And Gapbuster is notoriously slow about getting back with you when you have a problem/issue. You are absolutely right to have registered a problem with them even though you took care of it yourself the best you were able to meet the deadline.
