For anyone looking at these shops and can't find the previous topics/posts via search, I'm going to recap my experience here.
This was the only shop I've never completed. After spending literally hours in the store, I had to make a decision, figure out another way to get home or take the last bus. I opted for the latter, and ultimately, I did myself a favor! I've since read too many stories about shoppers spending hours on the report and having it rejected.
I don't think it's intentional, but these shops are really set up to fail. Evaluate "THE" bathroom -- uh, WHICH bathroom? (Um, they're designed differently and it later became clear that in my store, I went into the wrong bathroom first.) Find multiple associates -- okay, associates were NOT readily available (be prepared to search and wait, then repeat many times). Get all names or your shop will be rejected -- descriptors are not acceptable in the event names are not available. Very tricky, since not all associates wear nametags or have them facing forward, and the type is VERY small.
For anyone wanting to try this shop, be prepared to spend hours and hours in the store, and recognize that there are major pitfalls. One thing that would make this shop a LITTLE easier is to be city specific -- this one is definitely not "one size fits all". Another thing that made my shop really crazy is that the store was going under renovation. I do a shop for another company/client, which wants to know if the associate can direct you to the next department, and how they went about it. IMHO, THAT would be a good thing for this client to know, but of course, that is not one of the questions. In the store I visited, I wandered around for miles because none of the associates knew where departments were located.
If they really want to evaluate the associates and store, it seems like it would be more helpful to allow the shopper to indicate that after 'x' minutes, there WERE no associates available. ("Were you able to get assistance in the department?"

If associates should wear nametags facing forward, let us tell you if they WEREN'T, and accept a descriptor, department and time of encounter.
