No check from Marketforce

According to Marketforce sight, my check was processed the 16th of November from the blue portal. I have yet to receive it. I have emailed Marketforce and haven't received any replies. Any suggestions?? Thanks!!

Sign up for direct deposit. That is how I get paid from MF and have never had a problem.

Have you tried "Email Help Desk"? It's a link on the left side of the MarketForce home page, toward the bottom. It may take a few days, or longer to get a response.

I would recommend switching payment methods for future shops from check to direct deposit. There's no fee to do so.

Just adding that direct deposit is a good way to go and I have always been paid when expected.
