Can anyone tell me what is wrong with this assigned shop? It is for a one of a kind local joint. This will be my third time shopping it.

Am I wrong? I told them to stick it for the principle of it even though I did the shop. Anyone have a phone number for Secret Shopper?

The report states that I have to do a bar shop and a table shop. Last time I did this I was reimbursed $60, this time it only says $50. The hours show after 5PM which would mean dinner but the shop states lunch. Confusing me. Am I getting $50 or $60 for this

Go off of what the report said. (The report said I needed to evaluate the bar which is an additional expense that the scheduler is denying).

The report says lunch but the documents say dinner. What shop was I supposed to do. I had planned on going to dinner tonight. If so do I evaluate the bar as well as the service at the table? Please call me. John Doe xxx-xxx-xxxx

I have never had a job in my areas from the Secret Shopper, even though they were one of the first companies I signed with. I know when they updated their website and I couldn't log in anymore, I called their number that was on the website and I got a human. Maybe call 763.525.1460. It's the number for shoppers.
