I have not been able to log into MSI shopper website. The reports are due 12 midnight. Is there a way of contating the company to prevent my report as being counted for late and penalized in fee payment.
Yes. But it is past the midnight deadline. I tried calling but no operators just voice mail. There is a post on the homepage stating the shops will not be penalized if entered by 12 noon Pacific time or 3 PM Eastern time. So I guess I will not be penalized. :-)
